The Raw Materials Summit is coming to Brussels! The fifth edition of Europe’s leading raw materials conference will kick off with an Opening Night Dinner on 15 May, followed by a full two-day conference on 16-17 May at The Egg venue.

Headlining the Summit will be the prominent figures from the European Commission assessing the impact of the European Critical Raw Materials Act, followed by a dynamic line-up of fascinating speakers discussing and debating the most critical topics.

This Summit will attract more global leaders than usual, from the US, Canada and Australia, to discuss the latest geopolitical shifts and the new investment dynamics needed. You will hear multiple perspectives from renowned chiefs of industry and leading EIT RawMaterials partners, as well as data analysts, economists, bankers and private investors, as well as a TED Talk sensation.

Issues range from the building of highly skilled raw materials talent that is unlocking the potential of Europe to deep tech innovation breakthroughs set to turn the industry into a powerhouse of innovation and change.

The Summit will also tackle topics including current perceptions of mining, the presidency of the Council of the EU, Eastern Europe’s vast potential, and assess how Europe can meet its future energy needs.

Lastly, to reflect the fundamental role of innovation in the green transition, this Summit will feature its first Innovation Village showcasing 20 booths featuring breakthrough technologies and big thinking from the most formidable entrepreneurs and start-ups.
